2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Browsing, accessing and using this website, as well as making any transaction, constitutes express and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use. The user declares that he has read and understood their content.

ELLIA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your stay on the website after any change is considered acceptance of the new terms. Access to the website and the use of our services require your full agreement. In case you do not agree with any of the terms, we recommend that you do not proceed with browsing or making purchases from our online store.

 

3. Product Description and Features

ELLIA specializes in creating high-quality handmade leather goods. Due to the nature of genuine leather and handmade construction, each product is unique.

• Physical Characteristics: Minor deviations in color, texture or natural signs of the leather (such as folds or small scars) are expected. These are evidence of the authenticity and uniqueness of the material.

• Illustration: The photos are indicative. The color rendering may vary slightly depending on the settings of your device's screen.

• Dimensions: The dimensions listed are approximate, with a possible slight deviation due to their handmade nature.

• Modifications: ELLIA reserves the right to modify the characteristics of the products or discontinue their availability without prior notice.

 

4. Pricing, Transactions and Orders.

The prices of our products are listed in Euros (€) and include the statutory VAT. ELLIA reserves the right to adjust the prices, however, your order will be executed with the value in force at the time of its registration. Payment is made upon completion of the purchase via credit or debit card, PayPal, etc. Once you have completed your order, you send us a purchase request. The sale is considered final only when you receive your order confirmation email from us. ELLIA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an incorrect price, lack of stock or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

5. Shipping

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Law 2251/1994, the consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. For full details, please refer to our Returns Policy.

 

Exception: Products manufactured following a special order or customization (custom orders) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7. Copyright

All content of the website (photos, texts, logo, designs) is the intellectual property of ELLIA and is protected by Greek and European legislation. Reproduction, distribution or use without written permission is expressly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

ELLIA is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the products or the website. The total liability does not exceed the value of the respective order. These Terms are governed by Greek Law.

9. Modification of Terms

ELLIA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The changes are effective from their publication on the website.
