Shipping Methods and Costs

At ELLIA, our goal is for our handmade creations to reach you quickly, offering you a complete experience defined by care and quality.

1. Preparation & Dispatch Time

We need 1–3 business days to prepare your order. Your package will be handed over to the courier service no later than the third business day following the confirmation of your purchase.

2. Courier Partners

To ensure the safe and prompt delivery of our products, we work with Hellenic Post (ELTA) and UPS.

3. Shipping Cost and Packaging

• European Union: Shipping costs are €15.80 for standard delivery via national postal services. For delivery via courier service, the charge is €28.00.

• United Kingdom: Shipping costs are €15.80 for standard delivery via national postal services. For delivery via courier service, the charge is €35.00.

⚠️ Note: Any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees for shipments outside the EU (such as the United Kingdom) are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Premium Packaging: Each of our creations undergoes a final quality check and is placed in a dedicated fabric storage pouch (dust bag). It is then packed in secure, high-durability packaging to ensure full protection against impact or moisture during transit.

4. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 1–3 business days via courier, or 7–9 business days via the national postal service

ELLIA is not liable for delays caused by third parties (courier companies), extreme weather conditions, strikes, or peak periods for shipping carriers. In any event, we remain at your disposal to assist in resolving any issues that may arise.

5. Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive an automated notification via [email/SMS] containing:

* A shipment confirmation.

* Your Tracking Number, so you can stay updated at any time on the progress of your parcel via the website of the respective carrier.
