Shipping Costs

At ELLIA, our goal is for our handmade creations to reach you quickly, offering you a complete care and quality experience.

1. Preparation & Shipping Time

We need 1 to 3 business days to prepare your order. Your package is delivered to the courier company no later than the 3rd business day from the confirmation of your purchase.

2. Partnered Courier Companies

For the safe and fast transportation of our products, we collaborate with ELTA Courier and ACS for Greece and UPS Express for EU and UK

3. Shipping & Packaging Costs

European Union: The shipping charge is €25.

United Kingdom: The shipping charge is €31.

Note: Any duties, taxes or customs clearance costs for shipments outside the EU (such as the United Kingdom) are solely the responsibility of the recipient.

Premium Packaging: Each of our creations undergoes a final quality check and is placed in a special fabric storage case (dust bag). It is then packaged in careful and highly resistant packaging, so that it is fully protected from vibrations or moisture during transport.

4. Delivery Time

From the moment of shipment, the arrival time of the package at your place usually does not exceed 1-3 business days.

ELLIA is not responsible for any delays due to third parties (courier companies), during periods of extreme weather events, strikes or peak periods of transport companies. In any case, we remain at your disposal to help resolve any issue that may arise.

5. Order Tracking

Upon completion of the shipment, you will receive an automatic notification via [email/SMS] that will include:

* The shipment confirmation.

* The Tracking Number, so that you can be informed at any time about the progress of your package from the respective courier's site.
